We are looking for applicants to fill temporary positions that arise occasionally in areas such as administrative support, events planning, communication and travel planning. If you have experience in any of these areas, this might be the opportunity for you. Important: Only applicants with a valid NATO security clearance will be considered for selective assessments. Qualifications and Experience Administrative Support Logistics (supply chain, warehouse & stock management) Information Knowledge Management (data entry/encoding, document management/registry/archives) Event & conference management Public Diplomacy (press and media, journalism, communications); graphic design and printing; web design, online editing, social media management Public administration Competencies Clarity and accuracy – checks own work Customer‑service orientation – takes personal responsibility for correcting problems Empathy – listens actively Flexibility – acts with flexibility Initiative – is decisive in time‑sensitive situations. It is a condition of employment that, before a temporary staff member can be appointed, the organization must have received a security clearance certificate (minimum NATO Secret) from the government of the relevant country or countries of which he/she is a national. Candidates must be available for temporary employment on short notice.
