Strategy& Corporate and Business Strategy | Senior Consultant | Role Description

What You’ll Do

You’ll work as part of a collaborative team of experienced consultants to:

• Definegrowth strategiesin mature and emerging markets

• Analyzeconsumer trendsand market opportunities

• Design go-to-market strategies

• Developsustainable business plansfor consumer-focused companies

• Supportdigital transformationand direct-to-consumer (D2C) models

• Conductcommercial due diligencein M&A contexts

• Shape operating modelsand customer-centric organizations

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Management Engineering, or related fields

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree grades of at least 105/110 and 108/110 respectively

• 1–4 years of experience in a consulting firm or international consumer-focused company

• Strong knowledge of the Consumer sector is considered a plus

• MBA is considered an asset

• Fluent in Italian and English (minimum C1 level)

For this opportunity, we offer employment under the Level 1 Italian Commerce Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Commercio) , with an indicative annual gross salary ranging from €45,000 to €55,000 . The final compensation package will be determined based on the assessment of your skills, experience, and overall fit for the role.

In addition, you will be eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 25% of your annual base salary .
