We are looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our client's creative team. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail and online-focused businesses, with a strong ability to create engaging motion content across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for bringing static designs to life, enhancing storytelling through animation, and ensuring all motion assets align with the brand's visual identity. This role sits within a centralized marketing organization under the Brand pillar, focused on connecting the business with customers through impactful brand and creative strategies.About the RoleAs a Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the brand's visual identity across multiple channels. This is a unique opportunity to be part of building the first-ever in-house design team, helping to define its scope, capabilities, and workflows. The team is focused on scaling creative production, with a vision to drive creative automation through self-service graphic tools. Beyond manual design, you'll develop master templates for automation, identify tools & technologies to streamline processes, and support offshore teams. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on design work, strategic problem-solving, and process innovation, developing skills beyond traditional design roles.ResponsibilitiesCreate compelling motion graphics, animations, and video assets for social media, websites, digital advertising, and other marketing channels.Edit video content, incorporating branding elements, typography, and transitions to enhance visual appeal.Ensure all motion content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity.Work closely with designers, copywriters, marketers, and other creative team members to seamlessly integrate motion elements into campaigns.Stay updated on animation and design trends, incorporating innovative techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in motion design, animation, or video editing, preferably within marketing or advertising.Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools.Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and storytelling through motion.Experience working in retail or online-focused businesses.Strong understanding of motion creative in social platforms, such as Meta and TikTok.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Required SkillsKnowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender.Knowledge of Figma (as master creative templates are developed within Figma).Understanding of UX and UI design principles.Preferred SkillsA creative portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video projects must be submitted alongside your CV.40 hours per week (3 days per week in the office, hybrid model)If you are a talented Motion Designer looking for an exciting opportunity to shape a brand's visual identity and contribute to an innovative in-house team, please submit your application, including your CV and creative portfolio.#J-18808-Ljbffr
