We merge culture, creativity, design, and technology to build fantastic brand experiences for our clients.Our team is a group of ~10 independent thinkers, creatives, designers, techies, and marketers working together because we love it – not because we have to.We’re excited about all things creative and digital, and now we’re looking to expand our marketing team with a Media Specialist Apprentice .If you’re passionate about social media, digital advertising, and data-driven marketing — and eager to grow in a fast-paced creative environment — we want to meet youWhat you’ll doSupport in managing and uploading campaigns across Meta Ads , Google Ads ,TikTok Adsand other paid media platforms.Assist with campaign performance analysis, reporting, and optimization.Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce effective, consistent digital assets.Monitor trends, benchmark competitors, and identify new digital opportunities.What you bringA genuine interest in digital marketing and online advertising.Familiarity with social platforms and basic advertising tools (even at entry level).An analytical mindset and curiosity for understanding what drives performance.Proactivity, precision, and strong willingness to learn and grow.Excellent Italian and good English.Bonus pointsExperience with Meta Business Manager or Google Ads.Studies in marketing, communication, or digital business.Interest in copywriting or creative content production.Location Milan — with the possibility to work 1 day per week remotely .Start date ASAPIf this sounds like you, send us your CV and — if available — a few examples of projects, content, or campaigns you’ve worked on. ✨Seniority level InternshipEmployment type Full-timeJob function Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing/EditingIndustries Advertising ServicesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at YMEE by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
