Business Prime and new marketplace expansion. We're seeking an to drive the development of GenBI, a generative AI solution that enables users to ask business questions in natural language, converts them to SQL, executes queries, and delivers structured results with insights. This role will primarily focus on building self-service analytics capabilities using GenAI. This full-stack role requires expertise in creating intuitive user experience while managing complex data processing systems. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and reliable services for our automation platform. Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, Data engineer, and applied scientists to deliver on our product roadmap and solve customer problems. Utilize your problem-solving skills to tackle technical challenges in a large-scale distributed environment. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design reviews, code reviews, and operational support, while adhering to engineering best practices. Work backwards from business needs to build features and systems that directly impact our internal customers and improve efficiency. Ensure high availability and scalability of the system/service and maintain security best practices for sensitive data handling. Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools for agent-to-agent communication and API integrations. You identify and implement process improvements which improve your team’s agility. This may include improvements to design, automation, development, test or operations. You recognize discordant views and take part in constructive dialogue to resolve them. You are able to train new teammates, helping them understand your team’s customers, systems, and processes. Technical Requirements Programming experience with at least one or two software programming languages. 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development. Knowledge of analytics tools and BI platforms. Understanding of data security and privacy principles. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Project management experience. Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience. 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience. Experience programming with at least one software programming language. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
