Si ricerca per azienda sita nella provincia di Pistoia una figura di Product Sales Analyst. La risorsa gestirà i dati relativi alle attività di Product Sales e di conseguenza entrerà in contatto con i clienti e supporterà la preparazione di offerte conformi e competitive per i prodotti dell'azienda o per qualsiasi altra richiesta di offerta. Responsabilità Gestire l'inserimento dei dati di vendita dei prodotti nel sistema ERP; Supportare la preparazione delle offerte di prodotto; Raccogliere le informazioni di vendita e archiviarle correttamente; Seguire i clienti per monitorare le offerte di prodotto emesse; Preparare e mantenere report aggiornati sulle richieste dei clienti e sulle offerte/ordini; Aggiornare tutte le informazioni di contatto dei clienti; Svolgere qualsiasi attività amministrativa necessaria, inclusa l'archiviazione di report o la presentazione al team di vendita dei documenti necessari; Interagire con gli altri reparti aziendali, in particolare con l'ufficio tecnico, il reparto assistenza e il reparto pianificazione per quanto riguarda la sezione prodotti; Raccogliere le previsioni di vendita e gestire le previsioni dei materiali in collaborazione con il team operativo; Requisiti Diploma con comprovata esperienza pregressa in ruoli similari o laurea in economia, scienze politiche o similari; Livello lingua inglese B1; Ottime capacità organizzative; Atteggiamento proattivo; Capacità di problem solving; Buone capacità relazionali; Possibilità di smart working.
