Adecco Italia, divisione Permanent, ricerca per importante evento in ambito sportivo, figure di Event Sport Coordinator (Venue Manager). La risorsa sarà responsabile del sito operativo dell'evento (venue) di riferimento e svolgerà le seguenti attività: Supervisione e gestione della Venue; Coordinamento e monitoraggio del personale operativo, garantendo l'efficienza e l'organizzazione del team.; Verifica conformità e della piena funzionalità delle attrezzature in relazione agli standard operativi richiesti; Gestione e controllo del corretto flusso delle merci in ingresso e uscita per assicurare il rispetto delle tempistiche e delle procedure; Controllo e verifica dell'utilizzo e della conformità dei dispositivi di protezione individuale (DPI).; Supervisione e coordinamento delle operazioni logistiche, garantendo il corretto svolgimento delle operazioni. Requisiti: Almeno 2/3 anni di esperienza presso eventi legati allo sport, nel ruolo di Venue Manager o similari; Ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative; Capacità di gestire team; Capacità di analisi; Problem Solving; Capacità di lavorare per scadenze e raggiungere elevati standard di performance e qualità; Flessibilità, leadership e spiccate doti di coordinamento di risorse. Si offre: Contratto diretto CCNL Logistica, CTD (dipende dalla durata dell'evento), compreso di indennità di trasferta. Si opera su turnistica. Sede di lavoro: Aeroporto di Venezia
