Are you ready for your next challenge? We are looking for a Business Analyst. Your Mission: Participate and collaborate in the Business Transformation projects within the organization. Your key responsibilities: Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify business needs and objectives; Lead workshops for requirements gathering through User Stories involving the different business areas; Understand and analyse current business flows in order to design a TO BE through performing process mapping and gap analysis to cover gaps, identify areas of improvement and enhance user experience; Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, including specifications, reports, ppts and user manuals; Participate in the development and execution of business transformation project’s testing, ensuring quality and performance; Collaborate with the Project Manager ensuring compliance with timelines and successful delivery; Participate in EU alignment meetings and stand up for the requirement in the Spanish business; Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication, training and change management. Experience and skills: 3 years of previous experience as business analyst or consultant; Leadership and problem-solving skills; Strong presentation and communication skills; Ability to build consensus across multiple functional areas and to work independently, as well as cross-functionally within a matrix organization; Analytical skills: date and problem-solving oriented; Attention to detail to ensure the quality of implemented solutions; Work effectively in a team-oriented environment; Quick learning ability; Ability to organize/prioritize work in and around team deadlines and workloads and conflicting priorities; Previous experience in a consulting/auditing firm will be a plus. Qualifications and knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or related areas; Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite, with emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint; Salesforce, SAP knowledge is an advantage; Italian and English both writing and speaking fluent.
