Chief of Staff - Growth – Cassandra Overview Cassandra è una piattaforma con una missione ambiziosa: ridare ai marketer il controllo sulle decisioni , eliminando attribuzioni sbagliate e report che portano a scelte sbagliate. Stiamo cercando una persona che lavori fianco a fianco con il founder , che lavorerà su vari progetti strategici ma con focus su attività growth e un obiettivo iniziale molto chiaro: trasformare la nostra content engine, oggi già funzionante, in una macchina scalabile. Offerta: 35‑50k in base ad esperienza. Riporterai a: CEO & Founder. Dove: In ufficio a Milano. Chi siamo Cassandra è una marketing analytics company nata per risolvere un problema enorme: la maggior parte delle decisioni di marketing oggi si basa su dati sbagliati. Attribuzioni fallaci, ROAS inventati, report diversi da canale a canale… tutto questo porta a spendere male, tagliare ciò che funziona, dare credito a ciò che non genera crescita. Cassandra nasce per fare chiarezza: un’unica verità, nessuna magia nera, solo metodo. Siamo un’azienda giovane ma con trazione forte: migliaia di marketers leggono/guardano i nostri contenuti ogni mese; abbiamo alcuni delle migliori analisi nel settore e vogliamo scalarle; lavoriamo con realtà che muovono budget importanti e vogliono migliorare le proprie decisioni. Cassandra ha un’ambizione semplice ma enorme: diventare la fonte più affidabile al mondo per prendere decisioni di marketing. E per farlo, i contenuti sono il nostro motore. Credenziali richieste Abbia 1–5 anni di esperienza. È una fascia larga perché prediligiamo la voglia di fare vs gli anni di esperienza. Non deve necessariamente esserlo, ma aiuta, se questa esperienza è in growth, marketing o content. Sappia usare strumenti SEO. Conosca molto bene le dinamiche di LinkedIn, X, newsletter, youtube etc.. Sia smanettone. Conosci e testi nuovi tool costantemente. Sappia prendere un’analisi complessa, raffinarla e distribuirla nei canali giusti. Abbia un approccio “experimental”: testare, misurare, scalare. Senta naturale il lavoro a stretto contatto con un founder: zero comfort zone, massima autonomia. Sia veloce. Veloce nel capire, nel produrre, nell’iterare. Bonus sai scrivere molto bene (non grammaticalmente - sai veicolari messaggi nel modo giusto) hai esperienza in B2B SaaS o analytics hai già lavorato in team piccoli e ad alta intensità Cosa farai Trasformare la distribuzione contenuti in un sistema ripetibile e scalabile Gestire e ottimizzare la content machine (LinkedIn, newsletter, blog, video, research) Curare la pubblicazione e il mantenimento dei nostri format ricorrenti Estrarre angoli e insight da ricerca, dati, call, casi studio Ideare e testare nuovi format di contenuto Analizzare ciò che funziona e portarlo da 1 → 10 Creare sistemi di documentazione, automazioni, template, cadenze editoriali Lavorare gomito a gomito con il founder per esplorare nuove leve di crescita Cosa offriamo Ruolo ad altissimo impatto : ciò che costruirai diventerà il motore della nostra crescita Autonomia Crescita accelerata : in pochi mesi vedrai più esperimenti, formati e feedback di quanti ne vedresti in anni Meritocrazia totale Team piccolo, veloce, ossessionato dalla qualità Processo di selezione Short application (testo o video) Call introduttiva (20/30’) Case study / content challenge (async) Final call con il founder (30’) #J-18808-Ljbffr
