Job DescriptionSherpany by Datasite is the leading Swiss meeting management solution, designed to meet the unique needs of the board, board committee, and executive meetings. Our solution streamlines the entire meeting process to make meetings more productive and thus enhancing company performance. Our culture is rooted in trust and responsibility, and we're proud of the productive and healthy nature of our work environment.What you will be doingIn this role, you will work with one of the cross-functional teams responsible for increasing the competitiveness / retention of our solution. You will be the link to other internal teams and our users and customers. Together with the Head of Product and Design and the other PMs you execute the product vision setting objectives and developing an aligned product roadmap.You create, prioritize and manage the ideation, roadmap and communication of everything related to the opportunities you will work on to make Sherpany more competitive. Furthermore, you constantly analyze the board portal and meeting management market and its users, validate requests of our prospects and customers, pay attention to competitors and work with Sherpany yourself to improve the product and prioritize what to work on.What we will love about youYou have several years of experience in Product Management preferably in SaaS or Tech Start-Up environmentYou are self-organized in a remote-first set-up and can juggle work across different streams and teamsYou have experience with project management to drive the work from discovery to roll-out involving stakeholdersYou are able to motivate, explain why, bring stakeholders and cross-functional team onboardYou have great communication and storytelling skillsYou are proficient in product management methodologies since discovery to roll-outWhat you will love about SherpanyYou'll be part of an international company with a flat hierarchy, meaning your voice is heard, and you can take on real responsibility from day one Your ideas?
