We are looking for a Global Project Manager for a strategic and international project within a leading industrial company. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate complex cross‑functional technical projects supporting the company’s technological and production development. Location: Pavia with availability for international travel across Europe and overseas. Main responsibilities Lead strategic projects of technological and production development: new plants relocations machinery extensions of existing lines. Coordinate international teams and internal/external stakeholders ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets and quality objectives. Manage the entire project life cycle from start‑up to post‑project analysis according to PMO methodologies. Promote process standardization and continuous improvement at a global level. Provide technical and methodological support to production teams. Technical skills and requirements Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering. At least 5 years of experience in managing complex technical projects or industrial processes. Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Smartsheet / Microsoft Project, Minitab, Power BI. Lean / 6 Sigma Black Belt certification appreciated. Excellent knowledge of Italian and English. Why join us Personalized support to help you grow your skills.
