Hyundai Capital Bank Italy has the right opportunity for you We are looking for a dynamic Financial Product Expert to join our Marketing team In this role, you will contribute to the development and optimization of financial products to enhance OEM sales performance, strengthen brand competitiveness and deliver value to both dealers and end customers. What you will do? Manage full product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals. Manage IT systems for financing programs, repricing, and product launches. Analyze product performance, market trends, and campaigns; propose improvements. Prepare monthly CTAs for OEM websites promotions Support pricing by collaborating in financial campaigns to ensure competitiveness and profitability. Conduct market and competitor benchmarking for financial products Prepare materials and presentations for OEM and internal meetings. Provide operational and analytical support to the field force to optimize product performance, campaign effectiveness and customer satisfaction Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless strategy execution. What are the requirements? Teamwork and Effective Communication will make the difference, but these are the elements that will guide us in choosing the right Resource for us : 2 years of experience in Automotive Brand, Financial Services / Bank. University degree in Marketing, Economics or related field Previous experience in Captive Banking is a plus – especially in product or brand management Solid understanding of the Automotive Industry in Italy Good knowledge / training in Marketing, Branding, Corporate Identity and Product Management Experience in developing executive presentations, dashboards and monitoring tools Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong ability to “get thing done”, even under pressure Analytical skills to identify key insights and translate them into actionable strategies English : fluent in speaking and writing Italian : native speaker Why should you choose Hyundai Capital Bank Italy?
