Allcore spa, gruppo finanziario quotato, è alla ricerca di una figura numerica, strutturata e operativa, un/una Business Analyst-Investment & Portfoglio – Real Estate & Energie Rinnovabili (P.IVA)che affianchi il Principal nella gestione e nel controllo di investimenti reali in ambito real estate ed energie rinnovabili.È un ruolo molto concreto: non cerchiamo un analista “da slide”, ma una persona capace di trasformare numeri e informazioni in supporto reale alle decisioni, seguendo i progetti nel tempo. Presenza operativa prevalente in Umbria (Perugia/Terni), con disponibilità a trasferteResponsabilità principaliPreparazione di report mensili di portafoglio e di progetto (KPI, avanzamento, scostamenti, rischi)Redazione di schede progetto e investment memo sinteticiSupporto a analisi economico-finanziarie (cash flow, budget vs actual, IRR/NPV quando applicabile)Predisposizione di materiali decision-ready (tabelle, timeline, note di sintesi)Monitoraggio dell’avanzamento dei progetti insieme ai referenti operativiSupporto al controllo di documentazione, verbali e action listAlmeno 5 anni di esperienza in ambito:Ottima padronanza di Excel e reportistica economico-finanziariaCapacità di sintesi, ordine e metodoAttitudine a seguire i progetti nel tempo, non solo nella fase di analisiInteresse concreto per investimenti real estate e rinnovabili Presenza operativa prevalente in Umbria (Perugia/Terni), con disponibilità a trasferteEsperienza su progetti reali (real estate, infrastrutture, energia)Interazione con team tecnici o PMConoscenza di strumenti di BI o dashboardingRuolo centrale a supporto diretto del PrincipalEsposizione concreta a investimenti reali e decisioni strategicheCollaborazione a Partita IVABonus legati a milestone e risultatiPercorso di crescita rapido in contesto snello e ad alto apprendimento Se sei una persona numerica, strutturata e orientata all’impatto, e vuoi lavorare su investimenti che prendono forma nella realtà, inviaci il tuo CV o contattaci per approfondire.#J-18808-Ljbffr
