We are looking for a Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize modern data pipelines on Azure. You will work with Snowflake, dbt, and Azure data services to enable scalable, high-quality data solutions across the organization.Your activitiesDevelop and maintain scalable ETL / ELT pipelines using dbt, ADF, and DatabricksBuild and optimize Snowflake data models, schemas, and performance tuningImplement data ingestion frameworks using Azure ADLS, ADF, and DatabricksCollaborate with Analytics, Data Science, and Business teams to deliver clean, reliable datasetsEnsure data quality, security, governance, and CI / CD standardsTroubleshoot and optimize existing pipelines and workflowsWhat are we looking for in you? Experience and competenciesProven experience as a Data Engineer in cloud-based environmentsStrong expertise in Snowflake (warehousing, SQL, performance optimization)Proficiency with dbt (models, tests, macros, deployments)Hands‑on experience with Azure: Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Databricks/PySparkStrong SQL and Python skillsExperience with version control (Git) and CI / CD pipelinesKnowledge of data modelling best practices (Star / Snowflake schema)Soft skills :Excellent organisational skillsAbility to work in teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAutonomyResult oriented approachLanguages :Italian (Fluent)English (fluent, oral and written)Why would you take the plunge?
