Corporate Finance Project Finance Infrastructure Associate | Roma 1Join to apply for the Corporate Finance Project Finance Infrastructure Associate | Roma 1 role at KPMG ItalyBeing the main advisor in the M&A Italian market can be a big deal.Don’t miss the opportunity to become a key driver in major transactions in the Infrastructure Team in Rome.ResponsibilitiesFinancial modeling: building and analysing cash flow models and running sensitivitiesBusiness plan reviewTerms sheet and finance documents reviewProject finance transactionsPublic–private partnerships transactionsM&A transactionsPost‑financial close activities (refinancing support, contract management)Developing economic pricing and regulatory frameworksMarketing materials, credentials and pitch preparationProfile RequiredStudies & experience:Master of Science or Bac+5 in a related discipline (Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering)At least 3 years experience in project finance, investment banking, infrastructure or private equity funds, large corporates or advisory/auditing firmsLanguage skills:Fluency in Italian and English – written and spoken (most documentation is in English)Other languages such as French or Spanish are a plusTechnical, operational & soft skills:MS Office knowledgeAdvanced knowledge of Excel (mandatory for modelling activity)Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint (mandatory for client presentation activity)Experience in the infrastructure sectorAbility to plan and scheduleTime pressure in delivering pitches and a strong team spirit will also contribute massively to the candidate’s professional and personal developmentAdditional information:This role requires strong motivation, marked problem‑solving skills and the ability to take active part in dynamic, international teams.Required data will be managed in compliance with the European legislative Decree no. 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”).KPMG Advisory S.p.A. is an equal opportunities employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
