Solution Specialist

We are looking for a who will work in a solution environment for the Insurance and Banking industry. You will be working on regulatory reporting area and create high-value solution for clients. You will be working at the forefront of innovation and cooperate with well-known clients as well as partners and colleagues. You will be working in a team with talented and passionate CCH Tagetik Consultants on achieving shared goals. is responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of the CCH Tagetik solutions to our Enterprise customers. The team members work with other team member to create the solution and with the partners/colleagues ensuring that the solution is successfully deployed. Post-delivery the team continue to support the customer for maintenance and future improvements and updates.
Essential Duties and responsibilities:
Support to configuring, building, setting up all features and functions for solution to satisfy regulation requirements. Documenting all relevant solution information, features, key points and perform quality assurance. Support the delivery helping partners and colleagues. Collect all feedbacks and classify based on importance/urgency. Investigate the proposed changes and focus on more relevant. Perform analysis on solution and identify areas that may indicate compliance risks. Work with compliance, legal and business intelligence (BI) leads to interpret and map regulatory reporting requirements. Contribution to develop trusted client relationships vital to the success of the solution. Maintaining an understanding of client business goals and challenges and acting as client advocate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met. Encouraging client feedback to help drive the development of CCH Tagetik solutionsJob Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Economic or STEM 2+ years of experience in Regulatory reporting Confidence in extracting, manipulating and analyzing business data for regulatory reporting and building configuration options Minimum experience working with programming language – SQL is preferred Experience in interpreting and mapping regulatory reporting requirements Strong technology knowledge and business acumen Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (business & technical) System Integration experience and Troubleshooting skills are must have Ability to work as functional lead on the assigned tasks Outstanding service-orientation and strong interpersonal skills Confident communication style with strong presentation skills Self-aware, motivated, coachable and poised, able to work seamlessly as part of a team Fluent in English ( B2 level required)Nice to have:
