Job TitleBuilding Surveyor – Technical DD & FeasibilityJob Description SummaryWe’re Expanding Our Building Consultancy TeamWe are looking for a skilled professional ready to take on responsibilities in Technical Due Diligence and Feasibility Studies, with a strong focus on urban planning analysis and building & cadastral compliance checks.Job DescriptionWhat you’ll doInspection and technical verification of the property conditionsAnalysis of property deeds, verification of title deeds, easements, land registry searches, examination of prejudicial transcripts, contractsAnalysis of the authorized state of assets: Verification of permitting, cadastral and statutory documentation, urban-planning and building codes, check of compliance with the present documentation, identification of discrepancies, risks and solutionsAnalysis of the maintenance status of the property through an inspection, support in drafting multi-year CapEx reports of the propertiesReview of as-built documentation (design, certifications, etc)Drafting of Technical Due Diligence reporting in English and/or Italian related to the technical mattersInventory of the documentation provided and Virtual Data Room creationTechnical-urban feasibility studies: analysis aimed at identifying procedures for possible change of use or redevelopment to increase the value of the asset in the case of existing buildings, analysis of development projects, investor guidelines and urban planning regulations in order to define the most suitable masterplan in case of new developmentDevelopment of analyses and projects within a multi-disciplinary team in an international environmentLiaison with national and international clients, primarily investors, investment banks, and developersQualificationsMaster’s Degree in Architecture or Diploma Surveyor (Geometra)3-5 years' experience in Technical Due Diligence gained in real estate companies, Professional architecture practices and/or in the role of appraiser (ABI compliant)Knowledge of national and regional urban planning and building codes laws and rulesAbility to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of informationTeamwork capability, proactive attitude and goal-orientedExcellent level of English (B2/C1) written and spoken and fluency in Italian written and spokenWillingness to travel nationally for inspections from MilanMEP systems knowledge as a plusLocation: Milan#J-18808-Ljbffr
