L’azienda si trova in una fase di espansione con obiettivi di crescita commerciale, sviluppo tecnologico e organizzativo. E' previsto un inserimento a tempo indeterminato, retribuzione nella fascia € 40.000 e variabile legata alle performance. Responsabilit Si occuper di: Definire e implementare le strategie di sviluppo commerciale e di penetrazione del mercato, al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi di crescita aziendale. Collaborare allo sviluppo tecnologico e produttivo. Supportare la definizione e l'attuazione del piano industriale. Sviluppare partnership strategiche e presidiare i rapporti con clienti e stakeholder. Riporto al CEO Competenze Diploma tecnico o Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica, dei Materiali o affini Esperienza pregressa in ruoli commerciali in aziende tecnologiche o manifatturiere, preferibile esperienza in startup, PMI innovative o aziende ad alto contenuto tecnologico.
