Assist department managers in the management of equipment, linen and consumable supplies and play an essential role in daily customer relations. Participate in cleaning, maintenance, handling and turndown service activities as required.The Housekeeping Supervisor provides a warm and personalized welcome to each guest, taking into account their preferences and the accompanying guests. Is the privileged interlocutor of the guests when it comes to his service, ensures their satisfaction and makes sure that their habits and preferences are respected.
