YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESProvide technical leadership for Alpitronic's power electronics developmentDevelop new generation power electronics, such as new switching topologies, introduction of new power semiconductors and new gate driver circuitsDevelop innovative and cost-optimised power electronics, maximising power density (power semiconductors, magnetics and capacitors)Lead the debugging of newly developed power electronic boards and assembliesLead field return analyses for power electronicsYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSPhD in electronics or electronic engineeringExtensive work experience in power electronicsExcellent knowledge of power electronics, especially SiC technology (GaN would be an advantage)Deep knowledge of different converter topologies for active rectifiers (AC-DC) and for isolated/non-isolated converters (DC/DC)Strong expertise in the design of passive components (chokes, transformers) including pulse pattern optimisationExcellent knowledge in the implementation of analogue/digital measurement circuits for power electronics (in particular: voltage, current and temperature measurement in combination with fast switching converters)OUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
