Product Merchandising Trainee – Buccellati Located in the city centre of Milan, the role is part of Buccellati’s Strategic and Digital Marketing Department. It supports Marketing and Merchandising with data‑driven insights on product merchandising. Responsibilities Provide daily support to the team. Analysis and Reporting Prepare analytical reports and presentations for top management. Perform catalog analysis to maintain an updated product offer and presentation. Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports to monitor product sales across the assortment. Conduct product trend analyses and competitive benchmarking within the luxury market. Product Development and Competitive Insights Follow the product development process, ensuring alignment between product strategy and market positioning. Monitor competitors’ product launches and initiatives to provide actionable insights for new product positioning. Model Stock and Boutique Assortment Define and optimise the model stock, balancing novelties and carry‑overs. Monitor boutique stock levels and product availability, proposing actions to enhance performance and visibility of new launches. Strategic Pricing Contribute to strategic pricing for new collections, aligning with brand positioning and competitive landscape. Support price testing and sensitivity analyses to assess the impact of pricing strategies on product performance.
