IKN Italy, società presente sul mercato da 38 anni e leader nella creazione di eventi e corsi di formazione BtoB, ricerca un/a Content&Networking Manager che si occuperà di sviluppare e progettare eventi formativi e informativi.Il Content&Networking Manager ha un ruolo di notevole responsabilità nell’ambito del processo di creazione e sviluppo degli eventi e dei corsi di formazione.Si occuperà di :Individuare gli argomenti sui quali sviluppare eventi / corsi di formazione BtoB facendo una ricerca mirata sui bisogni del target di riferimento;Cercare e ingaggiare relatori / docenti nazionali e internazionali;Sviluppare formati di networking e contenuti innovativi;Realizzare copy di vendita e contenuti specifici per la promozione dell’evento / corso di formazione;Tenere la relazione con relatori e docenti sino alla realizzazione dell’evento / corso di formazione assicurandosi che i contenuti inseriti nel copy di promozione siano sviluppati in maniera coerente durante il corso / evento.Competenze ed esperienze richiesteEsperienza nella progettazione e sviluppo di contenutiEsperienza nella relazione con manager di grandi aziende e clienti di alto profilo professionaleEsperienza e capacità di problem solvingDinamismo, autonomia e apertura al cambiamentoIntraprendenza e orientamento ai risultatiCapacità di lavorare in team e in autonomiaBuona gestione del proprio tempo e dei compiti assegnati in autonomiaVolontà di aggiornarsi continuamente sulle ultime tendenze, trend, variazioni del settoreBuona conoscenza operativa di WordPressBuona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e orale#J-18808-Ljbffr
