In this role, you will lead the vision and architecture for critical systems that drive our rapidly growing platform. As a senior technical leader, you will define the architecture and guide the engineering excellence needed to solve complex technical problems. This is a remarkable opportunity to shape the future of technology within the organization. Accountabilities Lead and define architecture for backend systems ensuring scalability. Guide the development of marketing technologies and predictive systems. Oversee infrastructure and data flows across various systems. Drive technical strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Evaluate new technologies and support long-term investment decisions. Demonstrate high technical expertise by building reliable, scalable systems. Mentor software and data engineers to foster their growth. Establish best practices for testing, code quality, and reliability. Requirements 8+ years of engineering experience with leadership responsibility. Proficiency in backend engineering and distributed systems. Strong experience with cloud infrastructure design, particularly AWS. Expertise in programming languages such as Elixir, Python, and JavaScript. Strong communication skills to partner with product and business leaders.
