The organisation emphasises advanced technology and a collaborative, performance-driven culture : Dare, Care, DeliverRole OverviewIn this role, you will lead the commercial market entry and early-stage growth across Spain, Italy, and Portugal. Identify high-value opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and execute the go-to-market strategy for the region. This is a foundational role, responsible for establishing the commercial groundwork to enable scale and long-term success.Key Responsibilities and Activities IncludeRegional Go-to-Market & StrategyPlan and execute market entry for Spain, Italy, and PortugalDefine target customers, pricing, sales channels, and partner networksTurn local market insights into practical actions for Sales, Marketing, and Product teamsBusiness Development & SalesBuild and manage a strong B2B pipelineIdentify, negotiate, and close deals with distributors, installers, utilities, fleets, and mobility partnersSecure early customers and strategic partnerships to drive market adoptionMarket Research & InsightsTrack market trends, competitors, and regulations in the regionProvide actionable insights to guide regional and global strategyCollaboration & LeadershipWork closely with internal teams to coordinate market activitiesRepresent the company in industry events and partner meetingsPrepare for future team growth as the region scalesIdeal Candidate ProfileMinimum of 5 years in B2B sales, business development, or channel roles in hardware, systems, or technology solutions.
