This is a remote position. Job Summary We are seeking a Salesforce DevOps and Release Manager to oversee the release management lifecycle of the Salesforce platform. This role involves managing first- and second-generation managed packages, automating deployment processes, and ensuring seamless code delivery across development lifecycles. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with developers, troubleshoot deployment errors, and set up CI / CD pipelines to optimize performance and productivity. Job Responsibilities Release Management Manage first- and second-generation Salesforce managed packages. Automate deployment processes to enhance the release management lifecycle. Oversee release management for the Salesforce platform, ensuring adherence to best practices. Resolve validation and deployment errors promptly. CI / CD Pipeline Setup Set up and maintain CI / CD pipelines and environments from scratch. Ensure seamless and consistent code delivery through the development lifecycle. Provide long-term solutions and develop roadmaps for process improvement. Version Control & Collaboration Use version control systems (e.g., Git) for tracking changes and effective collaboration.
