A glimpse in your role :The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technology is responsible for driving the recruitment strategy and execution for Global Blue’s technology and product functions. This role ensures the attraction, assessment, and hiring of top IT and digital talent across multiple countries, supporting the company’s global growth and innovation. Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR stakeholders, the role contributes to the design and delivery of best-in-class recruitment processes, while enhancing Global Blue’s employer brand in competitive technology markets.Every action has an impact. You will make a difference here if :Lead full-cycle recruitment for tech and product rolesCollaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to define hiring needsDevelop sourcing strategies to attract top and passive talentChampion employer branding initiatives for tech audiencesDeliver market insights and recruitment analyticsEnsure a world-class candidate experienceOptimise recruitment processes and toolsBuild talent pipelines for future workforce planningEnsure compliance with local labor laws and internal policiesKey competencies to empower your journey.
