Design and Implementation: Develop and implement system integration solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards. Data Integration: Design and maintain efficient data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow between systems, supporting real-time and batch data integration needs. Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct tests to ensure system functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including software developers, network engineers, and IT support staff, to integrate different systems. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes. Customer Support: Provide technical support to clients, including on-site assistance and remote troubleshooting. Project Management: Manage integration projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve integration processes. What will you need? Proven experience as a System Integrator, IT Support or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of system integration principles. Proficiency in various programming languages (e.g., C#,Typescript), knowledge of network protocols, and experience with different operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills. We offer a permanent contract.
