Key AccountabilitiesProcess daily accounts payable activities (booking invoices, employee expenses and vendor master data creation) and/or receivable activities (collecting overdue invoices, processing incoming payments, creating customers/products, sales orders and invoices)Act as business partner with sales team, review and promptly act on all accounts payable/receivable balances, and escape issues promptlyOversee & coordinate month end, quarterly and yearly closeAssist in internal and external financial audits; ensure compliance with internal controls procedures and policiesCommunicate regularly with manager to notify any potential issues including but not limited to those relating to own job or to the vendorPerform data analysis and prepare reportsYour ProfileExcellent understanding of the purchase and invoicing processKnowledge of Finance ERP solution(s) and reporting tools (preferably MS AX, Excel, VBA)Excellent English skills (written and spoken); another European language desirableHigh level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially ExcelEye for detail, accuracy and speed of data entry are imperativePossesses excellent organizational skills and follow throughExcellent negotiation and problem solving skills to influence all levels of stakeholdersWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
