You’ll be part of a company active in OTC, Hospital, Prescription, and Equivalent markets, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a broad healthcare impact.With a dynamic blend of expertise and responsibilities, this team leads the way in driving strategic decisions, execution excellence, and commercial innovation.Senior Brand Manager Prescription (Milan)In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Finance, Supply and Business Development to unlock market opportunities, shape strategic frameworks, and elevate launch and execution performance.You will lead the strategic and operational marketing of a portfolio currently focused on Cardiovascular and Allergy, with plans to expand into new therapeutic areas.Key Responsibilities Create and execute the marketing strategy for the Prescription portfolio.Develop and implement customer‑centric plans based on market insights.Work cross‑functionally to identify and activate new business opportunities.Build compelling business cases to support strategic decisions and investments.Evaluate potential product acquisitions and support the launch of global products in the Italian market.Monitor performance, optimize tactics, and ensure compliance with KPIs.Lead presence at national congresses and events.Ensure accurate demand planning and forecasting, in close alignment with supply chain and finance teams.Manage budget adherence and resource allocation with precision.Deliver impactful training and engagement for the Sales Force.Experience in designing and implementing go‑to‑market models is a plus.Qualifications University degree in Life Sciences, Economics, or relevant professional experience.Minimum 5 years of brand management experience in the prescription pharmaceutical business.Strong project leadership and stakeholder engagement experience.Strategic thinker with excellent communication and analytical skills.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change.Skills & Attributes Fluent in EnglishProficient in MS Office and Teams.Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI is a plus.Agile, proactive, and solution‑oriented.Strong business acumen and horizontal leadership.Excellent planning and organizational capabilities.Integrity, transparency, and a collaborative mindset.Positive, proactive, and can‑do attitude.Joining Zentiva means contributing to a solid and growing organization with a strong focus on quality, healthcare accessibility, and innovation.
