We are seeking a Software Engineer, Platform, to help us scale infrastructure, optimize performance, and build end-to-end systems. This role is ideal for someone strategic, thrives in high-paced environments, and has experience building and scaling complex engineering systems. Responsibilities: Build, own, and report on the performance of complex end-to-end systems. Participate in product decisions and refine the product roadmap. Collaborate with the Platform team to ensure universal architecture across products. Requirements: Experience in building and maintaining large-scale products, with backend and frontend skills. Systems thinking to understand end-to-end systems involving multiple products and third-party services. Ability to work quickly and decide what can be shipped now versus later. Focus and discipline to work in a high-growth, remote environment. Collaboration skills to work with designers, marketers, and PMs. Tech Stack: (must) NodeJS, ReactJS, TypeScript; (good to have) Java, Go, Python.
