Senior Analyst

Role overview: We are seeking a Senior Analyst / Junior Manager to support the execution of the Transformation program across the business covering all main key functional areas and assist M&A-related processes. Transformation: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of the Transformation initiatives collaborating with the company functional teams and external advisors; conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision-making and initiative detailing; prepare business cases,reports, and executive-level presentations; monitor program progress and KPIs; support effectivecommunication across teams. M&A deals: Assist with M&A-related processes, including due diligence, synergy analysis, business planning; coordinate inputsfrom internal teams and external advisors; prepare materialsfor leadership or BoD reviews; ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the transaction lifecycle; support post-merge integration planning and activities Qualifications & Experience: 2–3 years of experience in top-tier consulting, M&A advisory, corporate strategy, corporate transformation or PMO/ strategy office Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus) Exposure to M&A transactions and/or enterprise transformation, operational improvement preferred Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and advisors in fast-paced environments Understanding and interest in B2B machinery sector or Pharma/Biotech industry highly desirable.
