La divisione Contract Navale sviluppa e realizza a 360° importanti progetti di interior in ambito navale, con focus sugli ambienti comuni delle navi da crociera. Per il potenziamento del team siamo alla ricerca di un / una Technical Manager , figura tecnica dedicata allo sviluppo di disegni tecnici ed esecutivi e al coordinamento con il team di progetto. Il ruolo prevede il coinvolgimento nelle diverse fasi della commessa, garantendo coerenza tra qualità progettuale, fattibilità e requisiti specifici del settore navale. PRINCIPALI ATTIVITÀ : Sviluppare disegni architettonici con Autocad o programmi 3D. Collaborare costantemente con le varie funzioni dell’ufficio per progetti Contract in ambito navale, aree pubbliche, sviluppando elementi custom per commessa. Collaborare e monitorare i fornitori nelle attività di sviluppo degli elementi. Predisporre la documentazione tecnica (disegno) per la messa in produzione degli elementi. Effettuare la stima dei costi di produzione. Supporta il team nella gestione del piano dei tempi di esecuzione dei progetti in funzione delle esigenze aziendali. ESPERIENZA E COMPETENZE : Laurea in Architettura, Ingegneria, Design Industriale o diploma tecnico. Esperienza di almeno 5 anni come disegnatore in aziende del settore o in officine meccaniche / carpenterie. Capacità di lavorare in gruppo e per obiettivi. Ottime capacità relazionali e di comunicazione con il team. Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte in Italia. Capacità di comprendere i disegni tecnici per gestire correttamente lo sviluppo degli elementi. Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e di Autocad. Proattività, flessibilità e orientamento al problem solving. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
