OverviewWith Futura, we use artificial intelligence to make people learn faster. Through our brands, we are leaders in preparing for university entrance tests and public competitions in Italy. We're rapidly scaling, and have just secured our 14M € A-series funding, with which we will prioritize expanding into new fields. We want to become the biggest European Edtech player in the coming decade and we are looking for you to help usRoleWe are looking for a stellar Product Owner to join our team. Reporting directly to our Founder, you will be responsible for shaping the evolution of our new mobile app. Your mission will be to listen to our students, explore their needs, track and analyse metrics and turn those insights into intuitive and impactful product experiences. This is a hybrid role : part designer, part product owner. You will take full ownership of the product roadmap, from customer exploration and discovery to designing solutions and ensuring their execution with the tech team. If you succeed, you'll be responsible for having changed how the world learns.Main responsibilitiesLead customer exploration : run interviews, surveys, and continuous feedback loops with students.Translate insights into clear product hypotheses, features, and designs.Design mobile-first wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that create outstanding app experiences.Prioritize and manage the product roadmap, ensuring developments are guided by real user needs.Conduct usability tests and measure feature success with data and qualitative feedback.Champion a student-first approach, ensuring every release improves your learning journey.RequirementsBe a product rockstar.Obsessed with customer feedback and a fast iteration loop.2-5yrs of experience in UI / UX design and / or product management.Experience in designing and improving B2C mobile apps (native or cross‑platform) with proven traction in the market.Strong skills in interface and interaction design (Figma or similar tools).Experience with user research methods : interviews, usability testing, customer discovery.Confidence with quantitative analysis.Tracking, getting insights and making decisions on data.Ability to combine strategic thinking (roadmap, prioritization) with hands‑on design execution.Nice to haveBackground in consumer products (especially mobile‑first).Experience in startup / scaleup environments.Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA).Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) to interact with developers.What we OfferRAL 40K€ Unlimited holidays 2 remote days per week Opportunity to make a significant impact in the education and learning industry A top‑notch team, a high‑achieving culture, and a fun and collaborative work environment Various Perks – Meal vouchers worth €8, budget for upskilling courses, 2 sessions per month mental well‑being support plan with Unobravo / Serenis, subscription to sports centers with WellHub, transportation reimbursement.Want to join the team?Send an email to with the product you worked on that you are most proud of, that best fits the requirements (ideally B2C with real users).#J-18808-Ljbffr
