Role OverviewWe are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Italian and solid cold calling experience to join an international tech-focused sales environment. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sofia offering a stable base salary, performance bonus, and relocation support.ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage business leads.Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies.Build, manage, and develop a consistent sales pipeline.Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions.Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets.RequirementsNative-level Italian (mandatory) and fluent English.Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience.Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification.Experience in tech SaaS or digital advertising is highly desirable.Strong communication skills and a results‑driven proactive mindset.What We OfferFull‑time contract Monday to Friday (09:00 – 18:00).Hybrid work model based in Sofia.Gross monthly salary: 3 300 BGN plus bonus benefits.Quarterly performance bonus: up to 2 000 BGN.Relocation support, including company‑paid accommodation for the first 10 days or more, assistance in finding long‑term housing, possibility of salary advance if needed.Affordable cost of living: fully furnished apartments of at least 40 m² available from around 200 EUR per month.International working environment with long‑term career growth opportunities.Start date: 12 January 2026Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid)To apply or receive further information please contact via WhatsApp: 39.#J-18808-Ljbffr
