Siamo alla ricerca, per importante e riconosciuta realtà operante nel segmento alimentare, di un Senior Buyer Food&Beverage. Responsabilità La risorsa, inserita in un team multifunzionale, sarà responsabile della gestione del portafoglio clienti italiani ed esteri nel settore Food Service. Dovrà ricevere e smistare le richieste di quotazione per prodotti alimentari, preparare ed inviare preventivi ed offerte e seguire il follow‑up delle offerte e la negoziazione. Inoltre, si occuperà della ricezione e gestione delle conferme d’ordine, dell'evasione degli ordini e della gestione degli acquisti. Sarà necessario mantenere rapporti e negoziare con i fornitori, organizzare le spedizioni e coordinarsi con la logistica, oltre a preparare e verificare la documentazione necessaria. La persona individuata rivestirà infine un ruolo fondamentale nella fase post‑vendita fornendo supporto al cliente al fine di garantire un servizio ottimale. Profilo La persona ideale ha un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, tanto a livello scritto quanto nel parlato. Necessaria l'esperienza pregressa in ruoli affini all'interno di contesti Alimentari in ambito Acquisti, Commerciale Export, Logistica e Trasporti nonché l'esperienza e la conoscenza del Food Service e del canale Ho.Re.Ca. Completano il profilo un'ottima conoscenza del sistema operativo Windows, Word e MS Office Suite, buone capacità interpersonali, attitudine commerciale, capacità di lavorare per obiettivi, oltre che una forte attitudine al problem solving e resistenza allo stress.
