Learn more at and on LinkedIn and Twitter (X).Role and ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the Product Development Team to understand the product and the end application, and provide Design for Test inputsSupport pre silicon verification of the designs through hardware prototyping and software simulationsDeveloping a hardware and software measurement system, involving a mix of hardware design, software development, and data acquisition to measure the product characteristicsHands‑on debug of new products to quickly validate functionalityIdentification of silicon shortcomings and working with the Development Team to drive investigations to root cause and solutions / workaround in a timely and efficient mannerConducting bench‑top performance measurements, analysis of measurement data, and summarising / presenting reports of silicon performanceWorking with Test engineers on cross correlation of bench and ATE measurementsWorking closely with Design, Test and Applications Engineers to understand and overcome obstacles and work towards a successful product releaseAvailable to travel (up to 10%)Relevant SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years’ experience in a silicon evaluation, product applications, test development or a similar rolePractical experience in test board design and layout with good understanding of measurement techniques and methodsPractical experience in mixed signal hardware design, software development, data gathering and analysisManual skills at fixing HW and soldering components would be an advantageA solid background in mixed signal electronicsStrong problem solving and data analysis skillsGood initiative and motivation to work in a technical environmentStrong communication skills and enjoys sharing their knowledge and expertiseProgramming experience : Python, LabVIEW or C / C++ / C# would be an advantageLocationAssago, Lombardy, ItalyJob Type & DetailsSeniority level : Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type : Full‑timeJob function : Engineering and Information TechnologyIndustries : Semiconductor ManufacturingRequired Travel : Yes, up to 10% of the timeShift Type : 1st Shift / DaysAnalog Devices is an equal opportunity employer.
