We are looking for a Performance Controller who will be trained for 2 years as an apprentice in Milan within the Digital Industries area. As Performance Controller some of your main activities will be: Contribute to the long term and short terms planning activities Support the monthly performance review process, analyzing actuals, including cause & effect analysis to provide insights on deviations vs budget /forecast. Collaborate with other financial organization within Siemens Italy Support monthly closing activity, reporting and cost controlling Required entry qualifications You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract You are fresh graduate in Economics or you have a finance academical background Proficiency in English and Italian Basic knowledge of accounting principles and double entry (partita doppia) Understanding of data analytics with a data driven and digital attitude/approach Digital savvy and innovative attitude in preparing and processing data Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a changing environment Passion to never-stop growing Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge Eligibility to work in Italy Microsoft package, power BI, basic elements of data scientist techniques and methodologies and SAP knowledge is a plus What we offer Flexibility: trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results,; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer and smartphone; wi-fi connection reimbursement.
