We are looking for a leading international company in the food sector a Supply Chain Manager who will report to the Plant Director and be oversee the full Supply Chain ecosystem—from logistics to planning, inventory, warehouse operations and supplier management—ensuring that products reach customers efficiently, on time, and in compliance with the highest quality standards. The candidate will lead the Supply Chain team and all related processes, guaranteeing optimal service levels, end-to-end inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement of overall supply chain performance. He/she will also be responsible for delivering total supply chain cost in line with budget targets. Oversee logistics, transportation and delivery performance. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate production planning. Supervise warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking/packing, traceability). Manage and develop the Supply Chain team, ensuring safety and compliance. Ensure customer satisfaction through service quality and product availability. Coordinate procurement and maintain strong supplier relationships. Monitor budget, KPIs, and overall supply chain performance. 7+ years of experience in the food industry • Degree/Master’s in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or related fields • Knowledge of food safety regulations • Fluency in English (C1)
