What you'll do We are looking for a Software Engineer II to join the team in our Milan's tech hub: your mission will be working on the Continuity of Care technology. We are looking for an all‑round role: you will help build the product with our Product Manager, code, deploy and work with feedback from users. Here is an idea of your daily schedule: 60% designing and implementing new features according to the roadmap; 20% on tech tasks (stability, security, technical debt, you name it); 20% on bug fixes to maintain a healthy platform. Responsibilities Design and implement new features aligned with the product roadmap (60% of the time). Address technical tasks related to stability, security, and technical debt (20%). Fix bugs to maintain a healthy platform (20%). Qualifications You are comfortable with English, as our team is international. You have solid software development experience with technologies such as Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot; your main expertise is on the backend. You are familiar with and have experience working with large distributed systems.
