OverviewAs a Sales Support Expert, you will be part of Enimoov SpA. Specifically, you will be responsible for entering customer orders into the company systems.Main tasksEntering orders received from customers into company systemsTravel organization with the reference carriersManagement of loading authorizations at depots/basesManage price list sending and CRM portal opening/closing (resellers)CONSIP order managementPreparation of pro-forma invoicesReporting of trips from third-party bases/depotsDue Diligence clienti/business partnersPreparation of activity monitoring reports.Required characteristicsDegree in economics or law; other qualifications, even lower, may be taken into consideration, based on experience in the fieldAt least 3 years of experienceGood knowledge of the Office package, especially ExcelGood knowledge of the English language.Rome OfficeWe promote flexible work arrangements, offering smart working options and flexible hours to support a better work-life balance.We offerPermanent employment contract; our national collective labor agreement and the Energy and Oil National Collective Bargaining AgreementCompensation commensurate with the person's experienceReward system and comprehensive program of benefits and welfare initiatives.
