La posizione è a tempo determinato per 12 mesi con possibilità di proroga.Il candidato avrà la responsabilità di supervisionare e coordinare tutte le fasi di completamento meccanico, garantendo il rispetto degli standard di qualità, sicurezza e tempistiche contrattuali.PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀSupervisione delle attività di mechanical completion secondo le specifiche tecniche e gli standard internazionali (API, ASME)Coordinamento dei team tecnici e dei fornitori durante le fasi di completamentoControllo qualità su tutte le operazioni di assemblaggio, testing e commissioningGestione della documentazione tecnica e della conformità normativaReporting giornaliero/settimanale sullo stato di avanzamento dei lavoriIdentificazione e risoluzione di non-conformità tecnicheInterfaccia con Engineering, Procurement e Project Management per allineamento progettualeAssicurazione della conformità alle norme HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)Supporto alle attività di commissioning e handover finalePROFILO RICERCATORequisiti EssenzialiEsperienza minima 8-10 anni in mechanical completion in progetti Oil & Gas (onshore/offshore)Formazione tecnica: Diploma di Perito Meccanico o Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica/IndustrialeConoscenza approfondita di:Sistemi di piping, valvole e strumentazioneProcedure di testing (pressure test, leak test, FAT)Standard internazionali (API 570, API 579, ASME)Software di gestione progetti e CAD (P6, SAP, AutoCAD)Esperienza in cantiere con supervisione diretta di team tecniciEccellente conoscenza dell'inglese tecnico (parlato e scritto)Patente di guida categoria BRequisiti PreferenzialiEsperienza in progetti di grande scala (CAPEX >100M€)Background in commissioning e startupConoscenza di sistemi SCADA e automazione industrialeEsperienza con contractor internazionaliCertificazione ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001COMPETENZE TRASVERSALILeadership e gestione del teamProblem solving e capacità decisionaleComunicazione efficace multiculturaleAttenzione ai dettagli e orientamento alla qualitàGestione dello stress in ambienti dinamiciFlessibilità e adattabilitàUBICAZIONE E CONDIZIONISede: San Donato Milanese (MI)Durata: 12 mesi prorogabiliModalità: Full-timeTrasferte: Possibili in base alle esigenze progettuali#J-18808-Ljbffr
