Run what runs the world.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales and marketing activities for your assigned vessel type. You will collaborate with the marketing team and all business line sales to create and implement sales plans and strategies aimed at both long‑term and short‑term growth, maximizing the ABB content and opportunities in the yacht segment.The work model for the role is: hybrid.This role is contributing to the ABB Marine & Ports BL Propulsion and Propulsion Service .You Will Be Mainly Accountable ForMaintaining budgets, forecasting and reporting customer actions in CRM.Screening projects to ensure alignment with company goals.Preparing and submitting quotations to customers.Attending commercial and technical meetings.Conducting risk reviews to identify and mitigate potential issues.Overseeing contract negotiations and maintaining end users.Our team dynamicsAs a part of ABB global marine sales team, we offer the possibility to work with in a dynamic environment in a leading company.Qualifications For The RoleM.sc or B. Sc Engineering, preferably in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering.Knowledge of DE electrical systems and Propulsion systems.A minimum 5 years of work experience from marine sales with a proven track record, preferably from a well‑known company in yachting.Target‑oriented and customer‑focused, with an outgoing and socially competent personality.
