Job Title: Sales Support Specialist Italian SpeakerDepartment: SalesCompany: Leading Technology CompanyLocation: Remote (within Portugal)Start Date: 5th June 2025Contract Type: CDD 6 months (with possibility of renewal)Work Model: Fully Remote (Relocation support available within Portugal)Work ScheduleShifts: Monday to Saturday, including bank holidays, between 08:00 and 19:00 (rotational shifts)Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day off per weekSalary & CompensationBase Salary: 1,024 per 14 monthsPerformance Bonus: 225 per 12 monthsPosition Bonus (Braga only): 20 per 12 monthsAllowances & BenefitsMeal Allowance: 7.23 per working dayTransport Allowance: 20 per monthHealth Insurance: Coverage starts from Day 1 (monthly contribution required), free after 6 monthsRelocation Support: Provided for eligible candidates relocating within PortugalYour RoleAs a Sales Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. You'll handle inquiries, manage reservations, resolve technical issues, and ensure every interaction aligns with the company's high standards of service and professionalism.What Youll DoSupport customers with sales-related inquiries, product information, and troubleshootingCommunicate across multiple channels: phone, email, chat, and social mediaTailor communication to reflect brand tone and customer needsHandle escalations with empathy and a customer-first mindsetLog and manage all customer interactions with attention to detailWho You AreFluent in Italian and English (spoken and written). Experience in customer service or sales support is preferred. Tech-savvy and comfortable with troubleshooting digital tools. Skilled in communication and multitasking.
