FIL*Synthomer S.r.l. is located within the Covestro production hub in the industrial area of Filago.**The company produces NBR and SBR type synthetic latexes in aqueous emulsion, used in the production of paper, rugs, carpets, non-woven fabrics, rubber items, adhesive tapes, disposable and reusable gloves.**Synthomer sees Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management as a vital part of its business. Manage the plant process control and safety systems maintenance in order to ensure safety, the legal compliance of the Site and the proper control of the process.* Develop, program and manage the existing industrial control and safety systems of the plant to increase the reliability and security of the chemical processes (continuous or batch-oriented). Actively assists manufacturing operations in problem solving with regards to the automated systems.* Manage the functional safety lifecycle of safety systems in order to keep the process safety risk as low as reasonably practicable, according to system design requirements.* Manage the IACS cybersecurity in order to satisfy company minimum requirements and to grant a safe IT/OT integration.* Manage preventive maintenance activities for IACS as scheduled in SAP4, to guarantee full reliability of process control system. Assure full spare parts availability and safety stock guaranteed. Open request of purchasing using SAP4 tools and Ariba System. Coordinate external contractors when needed.* Make controls during and after the completion of works, update documents, manuals, instructions, and procedures adopting the MoC system in order to grant systems traceability. Guarantee that the IACS documentation is kept updated.* Cooperate with maintenance and manufacturing operations proposing a budget in line with yearly production needs, prepare enquiries, evaluate the best technical solutions in order to provide cost effective solutions in line with actual system design philosophy.* Cooperate to prepare investment proposals necessary for plant improvement in order to provide cost effective and reliable solutions which meet group EBP and process industry international standards. Being the project manager for assigned projects relevant to the site IACS.* Cooperate to optimise plant production capability by continuously improvement and trying to achieve better performance in terms of time and costs* Support on managing electrical works according to company standards and legislation (CEI 1-27).* Support maintenance and engineering Manager to identify staff training needs, in the area of IACS and electrical works.* Support SHE / Plant manager for compulsory authorisations by public entities to ensure legal compliance.* Define and keep updated site standards and procedures for control system design and development (software and hardware).* Train operators to properly use of the DCS in process and control and production practices and following any process control change.* Release PTW as PTW issuer for the authorized permits to guarantee full occupational and process safety for no-routine activities.* Ensure accomplishment of all business activities in the area of responsibility in line with relevant SHE-regulations to achieve SHE-compliance in accordance with internal, contractual and legal regulations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
