# St Georges Int School seeking Teaching & Learning Assistant**Teaching & Learning Assistant (Junior School) at City Centre Campus**At St Georgeʼs, Teaching and Learning Assistants (TLAs) are highly valued and recognised as an integral part of any teaching and learning team. In the Early Years, the social and emotional aspect of their role is particularly strong and they are seen as key caretakers for the children in these years. This role is ultimately accountable to the Principal but takes guidance from Heads of school, class teachers, the City Centre Student Support Coordinator, and the Director of Student Support Services as appropriate to the area they are assigned to.
