Facilities Operative (Laundry & PPE Operator) – JLL, Milan, Lombardy, Italy The Laundry Associate is responsible for managing the collection, processing, and distribution of laundry services within the facility following GMP requirements. The role ensures all linens, uniforms, and textile items are correctly cleaned, maintained, and returned according to established schedules and quality standards, including PPE when needed. Key Responsibilities Sort incoming laundry items by fabric type, color, and cleaning requirements to ensure proper processing procedures. Inspect cleaned items for stains, damage, or wear that requires special attention or replacement. Maintain accurate inventory records, turnaround times, and issues encountered during the cleaning process according to local SOPs. Coordinate with department supervisors to ensure timely pickup and delivery of items. Adhere to health and safety regulations, GMP requirements, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail is essential to meet quality standards consistently. Reliable attendance and punctuality, as operations often follow strict schedules. Effective communication skills for coordination with supervisors and staff. Working Conditions Safety equipment and protocols are provided and must be followed consistently. The position generally operates during regular business hours but may occasionally require flexibility for special events, site visits, or high‑volume periods.
