Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop project plans and resource requirements. Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor team performance, and provide feedback, fostering a positive team environment while managing conflicts and resolving issues. Manage stakeholders’ expectations and requirements, and facilitate communication among team members. Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, conduct quality audits and reviews, and implement quality improvement processes. Conduct project post‑mortem meetings to identify lessons learned, close out project contracts and deliverables, and archive project documents and other artifacts. Effectively collaborate with Solutions Architects and other technical resources to articulate customers’ needs and identify new potential business opportunities. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as Project Manager using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies in SaaS companies or system integrators. Proven experience delivering complex projects, leading cross‑functional teams, using best practices, adequate tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Azure, SAP ByD), and procedures (e.g., SecDevOps). Excellent written and verbal communication skills to efficiently present the project aspects to top management executives both internally and on the client side. Experience gathering customer requirements, product backlog prioritization, developing effort estimations/planning, and issuing Statements of Works. Fluent English, both spoken and written (B2). Desired certifications: PMI‑ACP / CSM / CSPO / PMP / ITIL / PRINCE. Willingness to travel to the customer’s premises.
