e-work SpA, sede di Roma, ricerca un/a Capo Ricevimento per un'importante realtà internazionale del settore ospitalità.La risorsa sarà il punto di riferimento del Front Office, coordinando il team e garantendo un'eccellente esperienza agli ospiti, in linea con gli standard qualitativi della struttura.Attività principaliSupervisionare le operazioni quotidiane del front office (check-in, check-out, prenotazioni, assistenza agli ospiti);Gestire e supportare il team di reception, favorendo un ambiente di lavoro positivo e collaborativo;Assicurare un elevato livello di soddisfazione degli ospiti e la corretta gestione dei reclami;Monitorare il rispetto delle procedure operative e contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di reparto;Collaborare con il management per la formazione e la motivazione del personale;Utilizzare tecniche di vendita per promuovere i servizi e incrementare le entrate.RequisitiLaurea in discipline turistiche o affini;Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Capo Ricevimento o Front Office Supervisor, preferibilmente in contesti alberghieri internazionali o di catena;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello C1/C2); la conoscenza di altre lingue costituisce un plus;Buona conoscenza del gestionale alberghiero Opera (titolo preferenziale);Eccellenti doti relazionali, organizzative e di leadership;Orientamento al cliente, problem solving e capacità di lavorare in team;Buona padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Offerta Inserimento in un contesto dinamico e internazionale, orientato alla qualità del servizio e alla crescita professionale.Il livello di inquadramento e la retribuzione saranno commisurati all'esperienza maturata.L'offerta di lavoro si intende rivolta all'uno e all'altro sesso in ottemperanza al D.Lgs. 198/2006.I candidati sono invitati a leggere l'informativa privacy ai sensi del GDPR - Regolamento UE 2016/679 - all'indirizzo web:
