The company is widely recognised for its proven expertise in manufacturing high precision metal components. Job Description The ideal MD combining a results driven approach with the ability to inspire teams, foster continuous improvement, and maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, will be responsible of the following tasks: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Lead and manage senior management teams across all departments, a part of sales team. Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for growth and profitability. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organisation. Represent the company at industry events and maintain its reputation in the sector. The Successful Applicant The future successful Managing Director should have: Established leadership track record or strong potential to assume full responsibility rapidly Expertise within the Mechanical or Automotive components sector, with strong turning, milling and grinding knowledge. Strong strategic planning and operational management skills. Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with local and international stakeholders. Knowledge of financial management and business growth strategies. Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities. Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
