With operations in more than 70 countries, we’re committed to innovation, sustainability, and creating vibrant communities.Key Account ManagerIn this role, you will lead efforts to achieve sales and pricing goals within designated areas of responsibility, aligning with our sales and marketing plans to drive long‑term growth. You will direct commercial, sales, and technical support activities consistent with our overall sales strategy, with a primary focus on developing sales and effectively managing a dedicated sales force to ensure we meet and exceed our targets.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development of the Strategic Sales Plan in terms of volumes, product mix, profit and distribution networkDeliver sales and pricing as defined in the budget for the area, channel or segment in chargeImplement the product and market segment strategy, defining the specific objectives and targets for the geographical areaNegotiate trading terms with customers which meet volume and pricing goals.Keep abreast of market and trade conditions and competitor activity in order to revise and develop strategies to meet changing customer requirements.Ensure that technical teams and other parties involved on the client contract understand fully the product development requirements of the customerEnsure total customer satisfaction level (quality, technical and delivery time) in his areaLay down and manage a decisive and efficient sales and distribution organisation, and appoint, manage and develop a well‑motivated and efficiently staffed organization.What Will You BringEnglish KnowledgeMinimum 5 years sales and sales management experienceNegotiation skillsSales planning skillsBusiness Intelligence analysisKey Account and distributors management sales experienceGood MS Office knowledgeAreaTrentino, Veneto, Lombardia orientaleWhy PPG?Inclusive and diverse work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development in an international setting.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Our Commitment to DiversityAt PPG, we believe in the power of diversity.
